Ceol na Coille Summer School 2015Róna Ní Dhuinnchinn – Concertina

After dabbling with many instruments, Róna took a keen interest in the concertina at the tender age of 10 years.  Greatly influenced by the Clare concertina style, her early teachers were Ciaran Burns, Paddy Murphy and Noel Hill.
She has travelled the world and played in rare and wonderful venues across the globe!
Currently, she lives in Letterkenny, where she plays with the many great local musicians including John Lee, Séamus McGuire, Séamus Gibson, Ted Ponsonby, and of course the local Ceol na Coille tutors.
