Martin comes from a family of musicians and raconteurs of traditional stories from the town land of Carricknagavna just outside the village of Mullaghabane in South Armagh.
One of Irelands finest traditional musicians, Martin was exposed to traditional music through the singing of his mother Mary and also grandfather John Ned Quinn.
Martin began his professional career as a musician in 1994, to date  he has toured with various bands including Lá Lugh and  Dorsa. Has performed in various collaborations with high calibre musicians such as Cathal McConnell and Gerry O’Connor. Martin has performed and taught at  workshops  at major  festivals throughout Europe, USA and Japan.
Martin currently performs with the Band Oirialla alongside Gerry O’Connor on Fiddle, Nuala Kennedy Flute and songs and Breton Guitarist Gilles Le Bigot. Oirialla  launched their first CD in 2012 at the Celtic Colours festival in Cape Breton Island.
When not busy performing, Martin is in keen demand as an accordion restorer and tuner/repairer and owner of Lisheen Accordions  and also as an accordion tutor.

Donna is recognised as an accomplished musician of the traditional Irish music genre, she has played with many of the greats from within the tradition and has recorded for a number of artistes as well as having performed for both television and radio. Donna has been playing on the national and international circuits for 22 years and among her many trips she has been to Europe a number of times, most recently as a coordinator and teacher at the George Caruthers music school in Elmstein, Germany. She has toured in Romania, Germany, Spain, Canada and Africa, and has trips pending in Canada, the Shetland Islands and USA.

Donna graduated From Magee University in June 2011 with an honours degree in Music (Bmus).Donna released her debut CD in the autumn of 2010 – ‘Tell it Like it is’ – an honest and worthy collection of musical favourites drawn from her years of performance and it includes a number of her own compositions as well as familiar stalwarts from the rich Irish tradition.

Delighted to welcome back this year Edel McLaughlin. Edel comes from Burnfoot in Inishowen, Co. Donegal. She graduated with a first class honours in her BA/BMus degree at University College Cork and became immersed in the vibrant music scene there. She was successful at the Fleadh Cheoil many times in younger age groups, winning the Senior All Ireland titles in Piano Accordion and Tin Whistle Slow Airs in 2008, as well as the Piano title in 2013. Her music has brought her to different parts of the world including the Shetland Islands, San Francisco, Norway, Spain and Germany. She has recorded on albums with Edel Sullivan, Karl Nesbitt, Dinny Mc Laughlin, Josie Nugent and Brian Stafford. Edel enjoys composing her own tunes in her spare time. She is teaching Music in the Rosses Community School in Dungloe for the past nine years. Edel is currently studying for an MA in Irish Traditional Music Performance at the Irish World Academy, University of Limerick.
